  • Communicate with internal (Parts, Service, Sales, Leasing & Rental managers) and external stakeholders to develop marketing strategies to grow market share and increase brand awareness
  • Integrate digital marketing best practices, promotional marketing, and CRM to ensure a consistent experience and highly effective online/offline campaigns
  • Project manage all resources including SEO/SEM, email database marketing, social media, display advertising, website design and maintenance, pay-per-click and traditional campaigns etc.
  • Continuously research and identify trends that optimize spend and performance
  • Create, develop, and analyze reports and data to assess campaigns against goals in order to make investment and strategic decisions
  • Executing and optimizing PPC advertising (Google AdWords, Google Display Network, etc.)
  • Ensure web content is up-to-date, search engine friendly, correctly targeted and optimized for multiple devices
  • Updating & generating digital content onto website (vehicle pictures, writing descriptions and blogging) to help promote the dealerships branding
  • Create marketing materials that generate awareness of special sales events, loyalty offers to existing customers, and new product launches
  • Participate in seeking partnership opportunities and evaluating community sponsorships
  • Continuously research, identify and execute relevant event marketing, trade shows and associations
  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans for each department with management. Ensure strict compliance of brand guidelines on all marketing collateral.


  • 6+ years of marketing and project management experience coupled with a strong background in digital marketing
  • Automotive/transportation industry experience
  • Post-secondary education majoring in Marketing or a related field; digital and Google certifications are an asset
  • Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, and InDesign strengths are an asset
  • Experience with website analytics, Google Analytics, and other reporting statistics
  • A ‘big picture’ type of thinker. Able to visualize the entire strategy, and understand the importance an in depth understanding of all aspects of digital advertising including web, display ads, email, social media and event marketing.
