Service Business Specialist

This position supports the objectives of the Service team, and in particular, monitoring Dealer Service Performance and promoting growth through various Total Support Activities within the Dealer Service Network.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Dealer Service Performance:
- Collect and analyze Dealer Service Performance Data
- Enhance monthly performance reports
- Utilize Key Performance Indicators to promote growth
- Monitor service visit trends, discover new service opportunities
- Assist Dealer Service personnel in their performance related questions and absorption ratio calculation
- Create and conduct Dealer Service Management training curriculum
Total Support Activities:
- Roll out seasonal service promotions, measure the success rate
- Support Dealer Service efficiency enhancement projects
- Monitor and promote customer visit activities within the dealer network
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or Automotive Technology, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer service, and ideally 3 years of direct dealer contact within the truck industry.
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency with business and MS software: Word, Excel, Power Point,
- Bilingual - French and English (great asset)
- Ability to work accurately and pay close attention to details despite frequent interruptions
- Ability to work effectively, independently and in a team environment
- Good time management skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Office based in Mississauga
- Occasional national/international travel required
